The BrightDrop has a standard easy tire fill system. When inflating the tires, the vehicle’s integrated tire pressure sensors keep track of the pressure as the tires fill and tell the driver when the tires are inflated to the proper pressure. The Rivian Delivery doesn’t offer vehicle monitored tire inflation.

Suspension and Handling

The front suspension of the BrightDrop uses coil springs for better ride, handling and control than the Rivian Delivery, which uses transverse leafs springs in front. Coil springs compress more progressively and offer more suspension travel for a smoother ride with less bottoming out.

On a hot day the BrightDrop’s driver can lower the front windows from a distance using the keyless remote. The driver of the Rivian Delivery can only operate the windows from inside the vehicle, with the ignition on.

Standard smartphone integration for the BrightDrop allows the driver and passengers access to select programs on their smartphones, including reading text messages aloud, playing internet radio stations and other connected activities without taking their eyes off the road or their hands from the wheel. The Rivian Delivery doesn’t offer factory integrated smartphone program access.
